2025 Leadership Excellence Recognition Awards
Boomerang For is proud to recognize Cayden Ortenzo and Gio Fraga for their excellence in leadership on and off of the baseball field. Cayden and Gio both serve as umpires to the Carlsbad Youth Baseball league as well as instructors for the annual umpire training program which is an intense multi-day training (both classroom and field) that prepares umpires, ages 6-65, to serve as umpires in local baseball games. Cayden and Gio were selected for this year's Leadership Excellence Recognition Award, POWERED BY Boomerang For, due to their loyal commitment, skilled knowledge, patience and impressive leadership.
